Youth Ministry Director

The Youth Ministry Director provides leadership, guidance, and spiritual instruction to the youth of Cedar Grove Christian Church. The Director oversees youth activities and encourages young people to develop their faith, discover their God-given talents, and actively participate in the life and mission of the church.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate youth activities, including Junior Ushers, Praise Dancers, and the Youth Choir.

  • Provide biblical instruction, spiritual guidance, and Christian education to help youth grow in their faith.

  • Work collaboratively with the Ushers Ministry, Music Ministry, Sunday School, and other ministries that serve and support the youth.

  • Encourage youth participation in worship services, church programs, special events, and community outreach activities.

  • Develop and organize youth programs that promote Christian fellowship, leadership, personal growth, and spiritual development.

  • Mentor and encourage young people to use their gifts and talents in service to God and the church.

  • Maintain communication with parents, guardians, ministry leaders, and church leadership regarding youth activities and programs.

  • Promote a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment where young people feel valued, respected, and encouraged.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Pastor and church leadership.

Through faithful leadership, biblical teaching, and dedicated service, the Youth Ministry Director helps prepare the next generation of Christian leaders while strengthening the spiritual foundation and continued growth of Cedar Grove Christian Church.
